Constitution Day
Constitution Day, is an American federal observance that recognizes the adoption of the United States Constitution. All institutions receiving federal funding, including funding through the U.S. Department of Education, are required to hold an educational program pertaining to the United States Constitution on September 17 of each year (or in the preceding or following week if the date falls on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday).

Emergency Communication and Notification System: Timely Warnings and Emergency Notifications
In the event of an emergency, GIA will contact affected students by phone, text, and email, and will provide additional information on the GIA website and on the GIA telephone answering system. Federal Entrance and Exit Counseling for Direct Student Loan Borrowers
Entrance Counseling is designed to inform students of the rights and responsibilities associated with being a student loan borrower. It is a federal requirement students complete Entrance Counseling before Federal Direct Loan funds can disburse to their student account.
Exit counseling provides important information students will need as they prepare to repay federal direct student loan(s). During exit counseling, students will review the terms and conditions applying to the federal student loans, be introduced to various repayment options, and learn the importance of avoiding default.

Net price calculators are available on GIA website and allow prospective students to enter information about themselves to find out what students like them paid to attend the institution in the previous year, after taking grants and scholarship aid into account.
